Text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, design, code and other original material created by or specifically belonging to CollexyLux are protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rules.
Such material may not be copied, republished, distributed, altered or used commercially without prior written permission, unless the use is permitted by mandatory law.
This does not restrict the customer's ownership, ordinary use or lawful resale of a physical item purchased from CollexyLux.
Images, catalogue material and product photography
As part of its technical service, the TCG PowerTools Shopify integration may automatically transfer catalogue images from the PowerTools card image database to Shopify when products are created. These catalogue images are used as reference images within the integration's intended functionality and remain subject to the current TCG PowerTools terms and any applicable third-party rights. CollexyLux does not claim ownership of these catalogue images.
A catalogue or database image identifies the card type and is not necessarily a photograph of the specific physical card the customer will receive. The selected product, variant and stated condition form the basis of the purchase.
Other images on the online store are photographs taken by CollexyLux. They may show the specific item offered for sale, products from CollexyLux's own inventory or cards from the owner's private collection. Where an image shows the actual item offered for sale, it is used as individual product and condition documentation.
CollexyLux's rights in its own photographs relate to the particular photograph and its composition and do not alter any rights in the depicted card artwork, characters, illustrations, logos or trademarks.
Third-party content and product data
Certain product data, catalogue images, trademarks and other material may originate from or belong to manufacturers, catalogue providers, platforms, licensors or other third parties. Rights in such material remain with the respective rights holders.
Third-party content is used only to the extent relevant to identifying, presenting and selling the products and subject to applicable agreements, platform terms and law.
Pokémon and other trademarks
Pokémon, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, Shopify, TCG PowerTools and other third-party names, characters, logos and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders.
CollexyLux is an independent reseller of collectibles and is not an official partner, manufacturer or rights holder of Pokémon or any of the other brands mentioned, unless expressly and verifiably stated otherwise.
