Shipping Policy for CollexyLux

Standard Shipping

CollexyLux packs and ships your order within 1–5 business days (weekends included). You will receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on stock status, your location, weather or traffic conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Premium Shipping (Copenhagen)

Premium Shipping is available in postcodes 1000-2999 (Greater Copenhagen) and means the item is delivered personally by CollexyLux within 1 day, unless otherwise agreed. The courier can assist with the product on delivery. The shipping fee is non-refundable once delivered; if you cancel before dispatch, the fee is fully refunded.

Collection (Pick-up)

If you choose “Collection”, the item must be picked up at the exact time agreed in advance between CollexyLux and the customer.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel, please do so as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, the full amount including the shipping fee will be refunded. If the order has already been dispatched or delivered, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Item not received

If you have not received the parcel within 10 days from the dispatch date, contact us at contact@collexylux.dk or via our contact form. We will investigate and offer redelivery or a refund, depending on the situation. In case of significant delay you may cancel the purchase and receive a full refund including the shipping fee (pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act).

Delays & extra costs

CollexyLux is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, carrier disruptions). Extra costs for special delivery requests – express, remote areas, island delivery – are charged to the customer and shown at checkout.

Transfer of risk

The risk of loss or damage to the item passes to the customer once the delivery is confirmed received by the customer or their chosen pick-up point.
