🇩🇰 Denmark
Right of withdrawal – 14 days
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Send your withdrawal notice via our contact form or by e-mail to contact@collexylux.dk.
Return shipping & refund
You cover the cost of returning the item.
We refund the item price plus the part of the original shipping cost that equals our cheapest standard delivery within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or proof of return shipment.
Returning the item
The item must be shipped back no later than 14 days after you notified us. You are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
🇪🇺 Other EU countries
Right of withdrawal – 14 days
Applies under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Notify us via the same contact form or e-mail.
Return shipping & refund
The customer pays the return freight.
We refund the item price and the cheapest standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but not before we have received the item or proof of shipment.
Returning the item
Return must take place no later than 14 days after notification and in the same condition as received.
🇺🇸 USA & non-EU countries
Voluntary return – 14 days
No statutory right of withdrawal. We offer a 14-day return for unused items. Please contact us at contact@collexylux.dk before shipping anything back.
Return shipping & refund
The customer pays the return shipping. The original delivery cost is not refunded. A refund is issued once we have received and inspected the item.
