Welcome to CollexyLux' Pokédex of answers! Here you will find everything about ordering, delivery, returns, card purchases and how to become a true deck master with help from us. We guide both new trainers and seasoned collectors.

📦 How do I order cards from CollexyLux?

You can order directly in our webshop with used Pokémon cards – or via marketplaces like Cardmarket, where we are also active.

However, we recommend shopping directly with us : Here you get cheaper shipping, faster processing, exclusive products and offers.

⏱️ How long is the delivery time?

We pack all orders within 1–3 business days and ship with PostNord/DAO. You always get tracking. Delivery typically takes 1–2 days in Denmark.

🧾 What if I haven't received my order?

Contact us via the contact form or write to us at contact@collexylux.dk and we will solve it quickly.

♻️ Can I return Pokémon cards?

Yes! You have a 14-day right of return – also on collectible cards, as long as the item is returned in the same condition. Read our return policy here .

🧠 Do you also buy Pokémon cards?

Yes! We buy both used Pokémon cards, bulk and collections . See how to sell your cards to us on the contact form – and check our current needs.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

  • Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay
  • PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Cash purchase upon physical pickup (by arrangement)

🔐 Is it safe to shop with you?

Yes – we are a certified professional seller on Cardmarket and have 100% positive feedback on both eBay and Google. We also offer buyer protection via PayPal and clear communication throughout the process.

    You can log in to the shop here at any time and view your orders, update information or change your password.

CollexyLux was started by Alexander L., who has been selling collectibles since 2012. With hundreds of trades behind him on Cardmarket, eBay and DBA, the mission is clear: To make it easy and safe to collect Pokémon cards in Denmark.

My name is Alexander, and I'm the person behind CollexyLux. I've been selling collectibles since 2012 – first on DBA , then on eBay and Cardmarket . Across the platforms, I've handled hundreds of trades with 100% positive feedback – and specialize in finding and selling rare Pokémon cards at great prices.
