Welcome to CollexyLux' Pokédex of answers! Here you will find everything about ordering, delivery, returns, card purchases and how to become a true deck master with help from us. We guide both new trainers and seasoned collectors.

📦 How do I order cards from CollexyLux?

You can order directly in our webshop with used Pokémon cards – or via marketplaces like Cardmarket, where we are also active.

However, we recommend shopping directly with us : Here you get cheaper shipping, faster processing, exclusive products and offers.

⏱️ How long is the delivery time?

We pack all orders within 1–3 business days and ship with GLS/PostNord/DAO. You always get tracking. Delivery typically takes 1–2 days in Denmark.

🧾 What if I haven't received my order?

Contact us via the contact form or write to us at contact@collexylux.dk and we will solve it quickly.

♻️ Can I return Pokémon cards?

Yes! You have a 14-day right of return – also on collectible cards, as long as the item is returned in the same condition. Read our return policy here .

🧠 Do you also buy Pokémon cards?

Yes! We buy both used Pokémon cards, bulk and collections . See how to sell your cards to us on the contact form – and check our current needs.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

  • Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay

  • Cash purchase upon physical pickup (by arrangement)

🔐 Is it safe to shop with you?

💼 Who is behind CollexyLux?

CollexyLux was started by Alexander L., who has been selling collectibles since 2012. With hundreds of trades behind him on Cardmarket, eBay and DBA, the mission is clear: To make it easy and safe to collect Pokémon cards in Denmark.

Founder bio

My name is Alexander and I am the person behind CollexyLux . My journey with Pokémon began way back around 2000–2001 , when we collected the Base Set and played Pokémon Yellow and Crystal on the Game Boy.

I collected the cards, played the games, watched the movies and experienced the magic that many still remember today. In fact, I still have some of my original cards from that time – and that joy of collecting is at the heart of CollexyLux.

The interest later evolved from a hobby to a business. I started privately trading Pokémon cards on Cardmarket, where I built up experience, expertise and a strong reputation. That journey led to the establishment of CollexyLux, which is now run professionally with a focus on quality, transparency and reliability.

CollexyLux is today a certified Professional Seller on Cardmarket , which reflects the standard I have always worked to: accurate assessment, correct grading and safe delivery.

CollexyLux is created by a collector – for collectors. My goal is to give you the same peace of mind that I expect when buying Pokémon cards: honesty, transparency, and respect for the value of the cards – both financially and nostalgically.
