How can I order from CollexyLux? You can place an order for the items via the CollexyLux webshop or on other sites where the products are marketed or available. Purchases directly from the CollexyLux address are only possible by prior arrangement.
What is the delivery time for CollexyLux? CollexyLux will pack the item within 1-5 days, including weekends, after the order is placed. After packing, the item will be shipped to the customer. Delivery time may vary depending on item availability, customer location, weather conditions, traffic conditions, or other factors beyond CollexyLux's control.

Can I pay with MobilePay or cash? Yes, you can pay with MobilePay or cash upon agreed pickup. Cash payments are limited to a maximum of 14,999 DKK. See our payment terms.
