CLX Organic Growth Automation is an internal business application operated by CollexyLux ApS, Denmark. The application is used by authorized CollexyLux personnel to analyze CollexyLux's own search and marketing data and to support keyword research, search marketing, SEO, performance reporting, growth planning, and operational decision-making.

What the application does

  • Reads Google Search Console data to analyze search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and search position for CollexyLux-owned web properties.
  • Uses the Google Ads API, including keyword planning functionality when enabled, to research keyword ideas and historical search metrics for CollexyLux's own search marketing and advertising planning.
  • Combines authorized Google data with CollexyLux's internal commerce and performance data to identify, prioritize, and measure growth opportunities.

The application is an internal tool. It is not offered as a public SaaS product and does not provide public user accounts.

Why Google account access is requested

Google account access is requested only when an authorized CollexyLux user connects an account in order to use the application's stated functionality. The application requests only the permissions needed for the enabled integrations. Search Console access is used on a read-only basis for search-performance analysis. Google Ads access is used for keyword planning, historical keyword metrics, and related reporting; the application is not designed to create or modify advertising campaigns.

Google user data we access

Depending on the integrations enabled by an authorized CollexyLux user, the application may access:

  • Google Search Console property and search-performance data available to the connected account.
  • Google Ads account information and keyword-planning data required to obtain keyword ideas and historical search metrics.

The application does not request access to unrelated Google account data.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only for the internal CollexyLux purposes described on this page, including search-performance analysis, keyword research, reporting, automation, and decision support. Google user data is not sold, is not used to create unrelated advertising profiles, and is not made available as a data product to third parties.

Storage, access, and retention

Data retrieved through Google APIs may be stored in CollexyLux-controlled Google Workspace resources, including Google Sheets and associated automation systems, for historical analysis and business operations. Access is restricted to authorized CollexyLux personnel and systems required to operate the application. Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated analytical and operational purposes and may be deleted or aggregated when it is no longer required.

Revoking access

An authorized user can revoke the application's Google account access at any time through their Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents the application from making new authorized requests to Google APIs for that account.
